The services offered here to small, medium and large organisations in the public, private, voluntary and partnership sectors are derived from my 30 years of management experience in the Financial Services and Banking sectors. It would be difficult to think of any circumstance or mangement issue that I had not faced in a career spanning the highs of growing a small organisation into an international corporate instititution and then dealing with the challenges of the Banking sector crisis and all that came with it.

The skills developed in managing very big and influential functions often in excess of 1,000 colleagues in a dynamic and changing world are extremely transferable. Along with experience of community and housing regeneration, international fund raising roadshows, external representation on national forums and local networking, as well as leading and establishing relations with the local chamber of commerce,  I feel I am well placed to offer you the benefit of those for the benefit of your business and its people.
